Baisakhi marks the beginning of harvest season in India and is traditionally celebrated in Northern India with folk dances in colourful & vibrant attires. In the spirit of these festivities, a special virtual assembly was organised wherein modernites dressed up in traditional attires, presented folk dances, recited poems and the thought of the day. The little ones not only kept the festive spirit alive with energy & enthusiasm but also learnt a lot about the history & significance of Baisakhi in the process.
