Yoga is not a Work-Out, it is a Work-In
Yoga is one of those ancient practices which help us link to nature by balancing the mind-body connection. Young Modernites of class II to V got hands-on experience during a Yoga session organised for them on 17th and 18th August 2017 (Wednesday & Thursday). The Yoga expert, Mr. Ram Singh, gave the students a detailed insight into how practicing yoga daily can benefit the health. He demonstrated a few yogasanas like pranayama, vajrasana, shavasana and kapal bharti and the same was practiced cheerfully by the students. This therapeutic session helped the students learn physical and mental discipline with a vow to continue learning the same wholeheartedly.
